Activity Planning

The planning module provided by PharmaCRM ensures that each and every person associated to the sales cycle can plan his or her activity according to their own parameters. The development of the planning module is such that it ensures modification of the activity layout according to the wishes of anyone planning their activities. These modification attributes include naming the activity, changing its background color and text color among others. After these desired layout preferences, the activity is created.

Division of products based on Specialty

The planning module lets you prioritize and manage your products based on their specialty. It enables you to place them in categories according to the specialty they belong to and set reminders to track the performance of those products.

Call Benchmarking

This module provides the option of call planning and call bench-marking. The difference between planned calls and actual calls made is reported. The calls planned by the sales force can be added to the system with their specifications which include call duration, doctor's category, date, day, products among others.
